We will ship via our registered courier service for your order and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation e-mail that will confirm a consignment note & live tracking. You may notice the tracking status might have not updated or slightly delayed. That’s because the most couriers will only update tracking status on the next processing day.

         No charges for self-pickup

         Item can be collected from our warehouse. Ex-stock Item will be
         ready to pick up after 3 working days. You can contact us [email protected] for cancellation of pickup or reschedule the pickup date. 

      2. Domestic (Peninsular Malaysia)
         Order less than Rm600.00 will receive another quotation for delivery
         charges. 

         Important Remark: Additional installation/ handling surcharge may be
         applied on “Bulk Equipment” for on-site delivery. For instance, Refrigerator, Biosafety Cabinet and
         etc.

1. 1. Ensuring an On-Time Delivery

      
      Please ensure the delivery address, receiver’s name and contact numbers are accurate and complete (including any business name if delivering to a work address) so that the delivery can be made on schedule.

      We ship ready stock items across Peninsular, East Malaysia and Oversea within 2-5 working days. Working days include Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

   All ready stock items are processed & dispatched within two business days, if possible. Products are shipped within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holiday) from the date of receipt of your order. If payment is paid by cheque, we will ship out once the cheque has cleared.
   
   
   All orders will take 3-7 working days from the order day for delivery.
   

   
   Any item ordered which is out of stock or pre-order, please allow 8-10 weeks lead time to deliver. Your order will then be processed & given high priority status.
